How it breaks down

Weeks 0-4: audit. Measure everything first. Capture evidence, rank findings by severity, and decide which problems are strong enough to become upstream patches.

Week 5: audit closure and design alignment. Close all four audit axes, correct PR #879 scope after Amigo feedback, and rank implementation targets.

Weeks 6-9: implementation, review, and audit synthesis. Week 6 started with PR #879 merged, then moved into targeted screenshot work and PR #894 for issue #790. Week 7 recorded the review-driven pivot on #894. Week 8 held implementation and re-evaluated the navigation method. Week 9 checked the corrected findings against current source and tests, then presented three small audit-derived directions for selection.

Weeks 10-13: selected implementation and final review. Week 10 turned the selected wallet-summary direction into Draft PR #909, then added review, simulator, CI, TZT, and documentation evidence. The separate QR-keypad collaboration also moved from approved design into an implemented Draft PR. In Week 11, maintainers integrated Direction 1 after a rebase and extracted a shared helper in a follow-up. I opened Direction 2 as PR #911, addressed the first review feedback, and moved it to ready for review. Week 12 added an informal positive re-review for Direction 2. I also opened Direction 3 as Draft PR #922 with simulator, translation, and TZT evidence. In Week 13, I completed the documentation review, the PR #911 rebase and verification, and a full status refresh. Direction 2 is complete with upstream merge pending on August 16. Direction 3 and the separate QR-keypad collaboration remain open Draft PRs for maintainer review. The final summary keeps this later implementation evidence separate from the original findings. Work after August 16 is post-programme contribution rather than an extension of the audit timeline.
